Members needing to make a change to their critical information are able to so in one of two ways, 1) filling out the form below and sending it by U.S. mail to the PBA, or 2) emailing any change to the PBA at  membership@ipba.net.  

Members choosing to email changes must include the following information: 

a) your name,

b) your email address,

c) your work phone number, and

d) any change in information.  

The above information must accompany each information update email or it will not be accepted.
